Michael Bulgakov's devoted to the Kiev period of life of the great writer the museum has been opened in 1993. Bulgakov was born in Kiev, brought up, studied, the first time married, and worked as the doctor. Kiev has played a significant role in formation of its individuality, to that acknowledgement — numerous city mentions in products of the writer.
One of the oldest Kiev streets, Andreevsky descent, is twisted between annalistic mountains, running down through the heights of the Top City on an ancient Podol. The architect I.I.Gordenin build up the house No 13 on the inconvenient place of this street hundred years ago. The family of the professor of the spiritual Academy of Bulgakov A.I. has lodged in this house in 1906.The museum exposition «the House of Turbinyh» is on the second floor of a building, in 7 room apartment — in its real life of Bulgakov family and the life of heroes of its novel "White Guard" of Turbinyh were combined. During your excursion you can meet the things which belonged to Bulgakov's family, they are presented to expositions in the natural kind, subjects of a family of Turbinyh, that is that are described in the novel, irreal — are presented a thing all in white colour.
