Terms and Conditions of renting Kiev apartments explains our clients common rules and rights during the reservation of Kiev apartments through our interactive web-site.
Your details of credit card will be requested only in order to guarantee the your arrival.
The cost only of the FIRST NIGHT of the apartment in Kiev, that you have selected, will be charged from your credit card.
If the reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date (in this case will be no manipulation fee). In the case of your No-Showing at all (not arriving at the Kiev apartment or Kiev hotel that you have reserved) or cancellation less than seven days prior to the arrival date, the TourToKiev agency will charge from your credit card the price of the first night of the stay in the apartment.
In the case of big groups and "peak season’s" reservations (for example Easter, state holidays, New Year`s Eve, Euro 2012 etc), the mentioned cancellation and payment conditions can be changed and the guest will be informed about those changes in writing form by email before the confirmation of the reservation.
All prices that are in our website are given in USD.
But the payment for Kiev apartment, flat or Kiev hotel could be realized in EUR too (if requested) by the accommodation facility. In this case the rate will be converted (according to the actual exchange rates quoted by the Ukrainian National Bank).
